Job Title: Project Manager - Green IT & Sustainability Initiatives
Location: Northampton (Onsite twice a week)

Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Project Manager with a passion for learning to drive transformative change in our Green IT & Sustainability projects. Based in Northampton, this role offers the opportunity to work onsite twice a week, with flexibility for remote work. Join us in our mission to integrate sustainability principles into our Risk & Finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the implementation of change initiatives within our Green IT & Sustainability projects, driving innovation and efficiency.
* Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and development, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in sustainability.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring successful project delivery.
* Champion sustainability initiatives within the Risk & Finance departments, fostering a culture of environmental responsibility and stewardship.


Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully implementing change initiatives.
* Passion for sustainability and a keen interest in driving environmental initiatives within corporate settings.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
